Which means that country songwriters had to get creative, layering tracks with subtle and not-so-subtle sexual innuendo. That has everything to do with his focus on often cheesy love songs, but Twitty was frequently dripping with sex appeal. Dear Lord, do not listen to this godawful song under any circumstances.

Country music isn't for everybody. But the current pop-country genre that is so popular right now thanks to Taylor Swift is proving to have a wider appeal than the traditional honky tonk country sound of the past. Country music will always have its place, and there are always new stars stepping into the spotlight to take the place of classic stars like Shania Twain , Reba McEntire , and Dolly Parton. Success in the music business is not only about having catchy songs. It is about stage presence, and a certain sex appeal. Ask most guys you know and they'll say they used to hate country, until they saw Taylor Swift. But the women of country music have just as much sex appeal.

LeAnn Rimes was pretty crafty last week when she said she never filmed herself "having sex on tape. But it doesn't mean she didn't film herself in a thong as she strips down in front of then-husband Dean Sheremet.
