It is especially hard when we are alone from home and all alone, feeling weak, sick, in pain or at the end of ourselves. We have choices in those situations, to seek help and relief, stay and drown in them orto rise above them and move on.. We are called to move on just as the troubled waters pass us and move on and never stay long to bother us permanently. It helps to find that we are not alone for the Lord has promised to be with us. If we remember, just like a bridge He is our Intercessor who will carry our burden to the Father. He promises to be with us through the troubled waters and to give peace and calm above the raging tide.
